Crossover Solutions offers a variety of Computer Repair and Maintenance services for both residential and commercial customers. Whether being a home/office visit, or the customer dropof, a technician will analyze and diagnose your problem all for $25.00 . (Additional charges and travel fees may apply to fix the problem.)

Hardware Installation and Repair

Installation and setup of any computer hardware. ( Does not include the price of hardware parts. )

Operating System and Software Installation

Hardware installation and setup of ANY Operating System ( i.e. WINDOWS 2K/XP/Vista, APPLE OS X, LINUX - Any Distro )

Software installation and setup of any computer software, whether retail or downloaded, that requires a serial number, license key, or are restricted under a site license.

Note: Crossover Solutions will not be held liable or responsible for keeping a record of or maintaining the customers serial numbers or license keys. Nor will we be held responsible for keeping track of the number of licenses and the disbursement of those licenses on the clients' workstation(s), that are used at the residence and/or business. These responsibilities belong solely to the customer or client.

Crossover Solutions WILL NOT install software that has been PIRATED or obtained ILLEGALLY. If Crossover Solutions determines that the Software was obtained in an ILLEGAL fashion we hold the right to contact local law enforcement and/or the manufacturer of said software. Software that we install must have a legitimate serial key, license key, or site license that will be obtained by the client or may be purchased through Crossover Solutions.

Crossover Solutions reserves the right to decline the installation of any software that we feel does not comply with our company policy. At which point, you will only be charged for software that does comply with our company policy.

General cleanings includes cleaning of the computers file systems in order to increase the computers performance, and speed. Price of Virus removal includes the removal of 1 to 5 "UNIQUE" viruses (Not the # of occurrences of a virus) Virus removal service comes with Spyware removal as well.
